Obituary of Raymond Edward Walter

Raymond Walter, age 91, died Friday, May 6, 2005 at NJ Veterans Home, Paramus. Mr. Walter was born in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Joseph and the late Angelina Walter, He lived in Parsippany and was formerly of Lodi. He served in the Army during World War II. He was employed by Schmidt Inc. West Paterson,NJ where he was Machinist for many years before retiring. He is survived by one daughter: Marilyn Scelzo of Lodi, NJ, one son: Edward Walter of Parsippany, NJ, four sisters: Doris Beckmeyer of VA, Helen Comack of WV, Joan Ferriola of NC, Evelyn Clayton of Lakewood, NJ, three brothers: Howard of Jackson, NJ, Robert of Mahwah, NJ, and Charles. 3 Grandsons; Brain,Raymond & Douglas He was predeceased by his wife Freida Gogolen and a brother Joseph . Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Monday at 10:30 AM at Moore's Home For Funerals, Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
