Obituary of Lucy B. Marino

Lucy B. (Bruno) Marino, age 95, died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Lakeland Health Care Center, Haskell. Mrs. Marino was born July 18, 1917 in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of the late Carmen and the late Carmella (Pasati) Bruno. While in Philadelphia, she was a seamstress. After moving to Pompton Lakes 10 years ago, Mrs. Marino became a member of St. Mary's RC Church, their Seniors Group and Shawl Ministry. She was also a member of Pompton Lakes Golden Agers. Mrs. Marino is survived by her loving daughter Marie Gasior and her husband Robert Knick; her devoted grandchildren Cindy and Joe Touch and Tina Schwartzman; and her cherished great-grandchildren Ryan, Jack and Sharlese. Visiting hours will be Friday from 3-5 PM. The funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10:30 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes. Interment will be private. Memorial donations in Mrs. Marino's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905
