Obituary of Orrie Nicholas Brolsma

Orrie Nicholas Brolsma, age 80, died Monday, January 31, 2005 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mr. Brolsma was born June 15, 1924 in Prospect Park, NJ the son of the late Samuel and the late Margaret Brolsma, He lived in Garfield and was formerly of Elmwood Park. He was a World War II Army Air Corps Veteran. He was employed by General Electric, Paterson where he was Machinist for 36 years before retiring. He is survived by two sons: Timothy Wayne of Elmwood Park, and Theodore of West Milford, one sister: Raida Padmos of FL, and 4 grandchildren: Gary William of Saddle Brook, Timothy Wayne ,Jr. of Elmwood Park, Heidi Louise of Elmwood Park,and Joshua Alexander of West Milford. He was predeceased by his wife Frances (VanDyke) Brolsma and his son: William Denis Brolsma. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 AM at Laurel Grove Memorial Park Chapel, 295 Totowa Rd., Totowa with Rev. Marie Branigan officiating. The burial will follow in Laurel Grove Memorial Park.
