Obituary of Eileen A. Dodd

Eileen A. (Frutchey) Dodd, age 90, died Thursday, January 6, 2005 at New Milford Hospital, New Milford, CT. Mrs. Dodd was born March 30, 1914 in Reading, PA the daughter of the late Raymond P. and the late Mabel (Heller) Frutchey, She lived in New Milford and was formerly of Paterson And Wayne. She married Andrew Joseph Dodd on November 26, 1937. She was a Homemaker and an avid traveler. Mrs. Dodd was a member of Preakness Reformed Church, and the Womens Charm Club both in Wayne. She is survived by one daughter: Carolee Dodd Jones of Basking Ridge, NJ, 3 Grandchildren: Jacquelynn Eileen Geene of NC; Robert Andrew Barton of RI;and Christopher James Barton of PA; 5 Great Grandchildren; Nicole, Michael & Timothy Hayes and Olivia & Charlie Barton She was predeceased by her son, Robert Andrew ,a sister, Marguerite Roth, and her husband Andrew Joseph Dodd. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 10-11AM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM with Dr. David E. Wiley officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to New Milford Hospital Cancer center, 21 Elm St., New Milford, CT 06776
