Obituary of John R. McDonald

John R. McDonald, died Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at Calvary Hospital, Bronx. Mr. McDonald was born November 24, 1929 in Jersey City, NJ the son of the late John R. and the late Mary (Wolfer) McDonald,Jr. He lived in Wayne .He served in the Air Force. He received a BS in Electronics Engineering from NJIT. He was employed by ITT In Clifton, and Monroe Systems Morris Plains where he was Engineer. Mr. McDonald was a member of Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne, NJ 07470. He is survived by his wife the former: Terri Dennehy of Wayne, and a daughter: Deirdre Steiginga of New Waterford, OH, a son Todd M. Of Las Vegas, NV, two brothers: Robert Mc Donald of Lake Hopatcong, and Thomas Mc Donald of Point Pleasant, NJ. and 6 Grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Monday at 9:30 AM at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke., Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael Lombardo. Burial will be in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
