Obituary of Ruth E. Mantone

Ruth E. (Brown) Mantone, age 79, died Monday, January 7, 2013 at Hospice Care Of Hackensack. Mrs. Mantone was born December 6, 1933 in Paterson, the daughter of the late Minor H. and the late Rose (Kerinski) Brown. She lived in Pompton Lakes and was formerly of Paterson. Mrs. Mantone was a homemaker and a former member of St. Therese R.C. Church, Paterson. Mrs. Mantone is survived by her beloved sons Vincent, Steven, Mark and his wife Anita, Louis and Scott; her 16 loving grandchildren; 29 devoted great grandchildren; 2 cherished great-great grandchildren; and her dear sister Dorothy Brown. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent in 1995. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-5 pm at the funeral home. The graveside service will be Friday at 12:30 pm at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, 295 Totowa Rd., Totowa and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo.
