Obituary of Stephen G. Dorosh
Stephen G. Dorosh, age 80, of Pompton Lakes died Friday, May 21, 2004 at VA Hospital Of Lyons,NJ.
Mr. Dorosh was born November 21, 1923 in New York, NY the son of the late George and the late Emma (Zwarczy) Dorosh. He served in the US Navy from 1942 to 1946 during World War II he was a member of the Ancient order of the Deep- having crossed the equator on the SS Frederick Jackson Turner in 1943. he was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Mr. Dorosh was a Switchman for 38 years with NJ Bell, Little Falls retiring in 1986.
He was a member of Local 827 IBEW and the Telephone Pioneers of America.
He was later employed by the Rouse Company as a Security Guard at Paramus Park Mall Paramus Park,NJ
Mr. Dorosh was a Master Mason with Boonton Chapter No. 21, Butler, NJ and a Shriner with the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite.
He is survived by his wife: Feride ( Abljakimova) Dorosh, Four daughters: Barbara Hines, Brenda Fulmer, Stephanie Koenig, and Ada Ruffo, one son: Leonard Lusky, Three sisters: Helen Foerster, Olga Greb and Mary Griffin
7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
