Obituary of Arthur L. Stansfield

Arthur L. Stansfield, age 77, of Fairfield died Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mr. Stansfield was born September 9, 1926 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Ernest and the late Emma (Hesterhand) Stansfield. He lived in Paterson until moving to Fairfield six years ago. He was employed by Parks Department in the City of Paterson for over 30 years retiring in January, 2004. He is survived by one daughter: Ginger Pescatore of Fairfield, three sisters: Mae Munsinger of Paterson, Lydia Clouser of Paterson, and Louise Chickie Umstead of Elmwood Park. 1 grandson and 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Marghrietta (Melone) his brothers, James, Ernest & Charles Stansfield and his sister: Dorothy Pugh. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 7-9PM and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00AM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne with Rev. James Brassard officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa .
