Obituary of Alfred P. Farnese

Alfred P. Farnese, age 78, of Forked River died Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at home in Forked River. He lived in Paterson most of his life until moving to Forked River last year. Mr. Farnese was born March 3, 1926 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Carmine and the late Carmella (DArgenio) Farnese. He was a Cabinet maker and owner/operator of Freddys Woodworking, Paterson and later worked at Clarkwood Corporation in Totowa. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a member of the Riverside Vets, Paterson. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Mary Ellen (Tomevi) , three daughters: Diane and her husband Robert Jaouen of Hamilton Square, Debra and her husband Robert Migliorino of Wayne, and Donna Spano of Forked River. one brother: Jack Farnese of Totowa, and 5 Grandchildren : Tracy,Robert,Dana,Amy & Frank Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary R.C. Church, 580 Ratzer Road,Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
