Obituary of Camille Vogt Jr.

Camille Vogt, Jr., age 90, of North Haledon died Saturday, February 21, 2004 at Holland Christian Home, North Haledon. Mr. Vogt was born February 25, 1913 in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Camille and the late Magdalena (Dysli) Vogt. He lived in North Haledon, Haledon and Hawthorne for many years before moving back to North Haledon. He was employed as a Loan Officer by Commercial Trust Co. Hackensack,NJ fro many years before retiring. Mr. Vogt was a member of Choir Director and member of the 6th Reformed Church of North Haledon and former Trustee and Choir director at Christ Methodist Church, Paterson. He is survived by one son: Daniel C. Vogt of Jackson, MS, one sister: Madeline Moore of Wayne, NJ,a Grandson, Philip T. Decker; a Great Granddaughter, Aiko Decker; and Several Nieces And Nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Marriane H. Decker, 1st wife, Hildegard (Vogel) ,and 2nd wife, Helen (DeBlock). A Memorial Service will be Wednesday at 9:30AM at The Holland Christian Home, 151 Graham Ave., North Haledon with Rev. A. James Decker officiating. Private Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
