She couldn't have been more my mother if she had given birth to me! She was a great influence in my life and every day I will strive to be more like her. It was so comforting to read how loved and respected she was. I thank all of the friends that she and Uncle Alan collected over the years for becoming her family. I will miss her immensely.

Mrs.Hyman,
Even though I never got to meet you, I have heard many wonderful things about you. You were very funny, an outstang teacher, and to many of my class mates you were an angel. But, from all the beautiful things I have heard from you, I consider you an inspiration because you have inspired my classmates to keep going on with their lives no matter what.
Love,
Ashley R. Paredes

My dearest Vivals,
I pray you feel my deepest heartfelt appreciation to you for nearly twenty-six years of a close sisterly relationship. Words are so difficult to express at this time. Still you know I love you, Girl. Your physical presence will be sorely missed by all those whose lives both you and Alan have touched. Yet, I do know your spirit will continue to live on in all of us. We shall await those small playful signs to let us know you are still present. In addition, I hope you remember what to do once you meet The Big Guy. As I told you so often, “My arms are too short to box with God.” Thus, we both agreed. ;^)
In time we shall meet again, this time for all eternity. Until such time I promise to be a P.I.T.A. to Alan. Somehow, with your help and God’s strength we shall get through this lot together.
Be peaceful my friend.
An eternity of love,
Pegals

Mrs.Hyman you were the best teacher i could have. You were like a mother you were a guardian angel. You were the queen of Social Studies. I will always miss you but i will always remember the stories you used to say to my class and I. I wish you could have been in my graduation but u will be there in a way. I will always have you in my heart. I will always remember when you were glad and when you were cranky . I will always love you and keep you in my heart. I know you will be looking down on us everytime. I love you. I will try my best to make you as proud as can be. I will always remember you and i know all my class mates will to. However your stories, your songs, and your great smile will always be shared between all of us at Our Lady Of Lourdes.

To a Dear Friend,
I will miss you so very much, the only regret I have is that I didn't get the chance to say good-bye in person, but I know in my heart that you knew just how much I truly LOVED YOU. Thank you for all the wonderful laughs and cries. You were an inspiration and joy to work with. You once wrote to me that it was hard to make you laugh, but that I always succeed. What you didn't realize was the joy I received to see that beautiful and spoiled look on your face. I always said you were a spoiled brat, and you answered "yes, but not cheap". Thank you for all you did for me. You were my Greatest Teacher, my confidant when i had problems and a good Friend. I will miss you physically but have you spiritually. Stay close by, don't be afraid to whisper a word or enter my dreams. May God Keep You in the Palm of His Hand, and stay still don't give him a hard time.
I Will Love You Always

Dear Alan and family,
I have never utilized one of these sites before but I figured you might see this before I could speak with you personally. You of all people know just how sorrowful I feel for you; I can not even begin to put it into words. Yes, we are thankful their suffering is over but where do we go from here.
Just as you told me so many times, the same holds true now - any time, PLEASE; I will be there for you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
love
