Obituary of Pearl Rose Meinking

Pearl Rose (Deise) Meinking, age 86, of Brighton Beach died Thursday, January 15, 2004 at Southern Ocean Center, Manahawkin. Mrs. Meinking was born October 25, 1917 in West Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Louis V. and the late Sarah R. (Delaney) Deise. She lived in Wayne and West Milford before moving to Brighton Beach. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Meinking was a Volunteer at Southern Ocean County Hospital for over 30 years. She was a former parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley RC Church, Wayne and more recently at St. Francis of Assisi RC Church, Brant Beach. She is survived by her husband: Ed Meinking, two daughters: Pat Gareau of Tabernacle,NJ, Nancy Landy of Parsippany, NJ, one son: Lou of Scott Run, PA, one sister: Eleanor Mobius of Wayne, NJ, one brother: Louis Deise of Mt Arlington, NJ. 6 Grandchildren: Jerry And Jason Gareau, Daniel Gliko, Jeff And Courtney Meinking, Dana Puzio and 2 Great Grandchildren: Hunter And Rebecca Gareau. Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00AM at Our Lady Of The Valley R. C. Church, 620 Valley Rd., Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Rev. Daniel W. Murphy. Burial will be in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
