Obituary of Margaret Ada Tefft

Margaret Ada (Mills) Tefft, age 82, of Totowa died Monday, January 5, 2004 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson. Mrs. Tefft was born April 22, 1921 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late William B. and the late Mae (Hoult) Mills. She married Paul H. Tefft on December 12,1942. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Tefft was a life long member of the Union Avenue Baptist Church, Paterson. She was the 1st baby dedicated by Rev. Forward Rimpo. At the Church, she was a member of the P&W Group and the Church Council. She was a graduate of Central High School and a member of the Curtiss Wright Retiries. Mrs. Tefft was very active with the Paterson Recreation Center- roller skating. She and her husband Paul have won numerous trophies and awards She is survived by her husband: Paul H. Tefft of Totowa and a Cousin: Ruth Holley Connelly of Long Valley, NJ Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Friday at 10:30AM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne with Rev. Henry Speidell officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
