Liz, Liz...we knew each other as kids, meet again when we both worked in Palisades General Hospital, lost track and met again via e-mail then lost track...for the last time. You were smart, sharp, one of the best nurses I knew, and a damn good charge nurse. I am so sorry... Love, Leonie

What I remember most about Missy, of course is her constant smile and wonderful laughter. When my Grandmother (Powers' side) got ill some years back--it was Missy at Palisades General that gave her the most superb care a family could ask for--we will all be forever grateful to Missy for her comfort and concern. My prayers go out to her siblings for I can not fathom the loss of a sibling, and to Aunt Betty because a parent expects to go before her children, but most of all to her children--innocent and unconditional in their love for a mother taken way too soon. may Missy find peace in the mansions of Heaven.

i am truly sorry for your loss. i didn't really see missy that much but when i did she was always so warm and easy to talk with that it seemed like i had just been with her. i will miss her and her great smile. i will keep you are in my prayers and i am sorry i couldn't make it down to be with you.
