Obituary of Helen Cousemaker

Helen (Kubiak) Cousemaker, age 87, died Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Cousemaker was born October 21, 1925 in Lodz, Poland, the daughter of the late Boleslaw and the late Marion (Adamazewska) Kubiak. She lived in Wayne for 58 years and was an accountant for many law firms in the area, including Dorfman, Abrams, & Music in Hawthorne before retiring. Mrs. Cousemaker was a member of Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church. Mrs. Cousemaker is survived by her beloved children Carol and her husband James Wegman, Janet Cousemaker and David and his wife Carol Cousemaker; and her cherished grandchildren Derek and Andrew Cousemaker, Nico Giambanco, and Kelly, Brian and Daniel Wegman. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Arthur, on October 18, 2012. Visiting hours will be Friday from 3-7 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the prayer service on Saturday December 22, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home and the funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, 630 Valley Rd., Wayne celebrated by Msgr. Chris Di Lella. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Memorial donations in Mrs. Cousemaker's name may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 200 Middlesex Turnpike, Iselin, NJ 08830-2000.
