Obituary of Gloria Epperly

Gloria (Savastano) Epperly, age 79, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Newark Beth Israel Hospital, Newark. Mrs. Epperly was born February 4, 1933 in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late Silvio and the late Mary (Salomone) Savastano. She lived in Long Valley and was formerly of Haledon. She was employed by Curtiss-Wright, Woodridge, NJ as an Expeditor before retiring. She is survived by her one daughter: Nadine and her husband Al Landi, two step-sons, Douglas & Dennis Epperly, her sister: Carol Giordano; three grandsons, Jason,Damon & Dillon Landi and a great-grandson, Jason D. Landi. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold. Visiting hours will be Friday from 6-9 PM. The funeral will be Saturday at 11:00 am will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Interment will be in Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
