Obituary of Frank Charles Homsky

Fritz Homsky, age 76, of Paterson died Saturday, October 18, 2003 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Paterson. Mr. Homsky was born January 1, 1927 in Eynon, PA the son of the late Stanley and the late Bridget (Hoban) Homsky. He lived in Paterson the last 51 years. He was a Group Leader employed by Singer-Kearfott, Little Falls,NJ for many years before retiring. He served in the Navy from 1944 to 1946 during World War II and was awarded the European Theater Ribbon with 1 star, Pacific Theater Ribbon, American Ribbon, and the Victory Medal. He is survived by his wife: Marie (Danko) of Paterson, two sisters: Stella Rutallie of Wayne, and Mildred Koza of Little Falls, one brother: Bernard Homsky of Wilkes Barre, PA, 4 nieces, Karen Rinaggio, Diane & Lynn Scombordi and Lynn Homsky; 3 nephews, Stanley & Bernard Homsky and Charles Kretch and a great Nephew, Joseph Rinaggio Visiting hours will be Monday from 3-5 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:30 at St. Gerard Majella R.C. Church, 501 West Broadway, Paterson where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Msgr George F. Hundt. Burial will be in Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
