Obituary of Nicoletta Lena Liguori

Nicoletta Lena (Violante) Liguori, age 91, of Pompton Lakes died Saturday, March 15, 2003 at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pequannock Twsp. Mrs. Liguori was born August 9, 1911 in Fiorino,Italy, the daughter of the late Luigi and the late Grace (Esposito) Violante. Her husband Alfonso predeceased her 1961. She was employed as an examiner by Brooks Brothers, Paterson,NJ for many years before retiring. Mrs. Liguori was a member of St. Anthony's RC Church, Paterson She is survived by two sons: Carmine and his wife Roseanne of Pompton Lakes, NJ, Louis of Lavalette, NJ, three sisters: Ada DeVita of Wanaque, and Louise Mandara and Marie Stelitta both of Paterson, NJ, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael Carnevale. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
