Obituary of Marie Lione

Marie (Matthews) Lione, age 84, of Toms River died Friday, February 21, 2003 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Mrs. Lione was born December 18, 1918 in Newark, NJ the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Helen (Manning) Matthews. She lived in Wayne before moving to Toms River. She was a homemaker and a former parishioner of Annunciation Of The Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Wayne. Her husband Dan and a son Joseph predeceased her. She is survived by one daughter: Jeanne Hinton of Little Falls, NJ, two sons: Daniel Lione of Seneca, SC, and Michael Lione of West Union, SC, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00AM at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpk., Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Fr. Philip LeBeau. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington .
