Obituary of Barbara Gene Smith

Barbara (McClellan) Smith, age 86, died Friday, October 26, 2012 at home in Totowa. Mrs. Smith was born November 19, 1925 in North Bergen, the daughter of the late William Thomas and the late Elizabeth (Vivartis) McClellan. She lived in Totowa most of her life and was a homemaker. Mrs. Smith is survived by her beloved children David, Thomas, Vallerie Higbee, Bonnie Sliwinski and Wendy Ferrara; 12 loving grandchildren, and 2 cherished great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Amos (d.1990), her son Daniel (d. 1978), and her granddaughter, Meredith (d.1993). All services private.
