Obituary of John F. Trongone

John F. Trongone, age 83, of Wayne died Saturday, November 2, 2002 at home. Mr. Trongone was born December 18, 1918 in East Paterson, NJ the son of the late Giatano and the late Aurelia (Aquino) Trongone. His wife Margaret (Doyle) and a son John predeceased him. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion , Pompton Plains. Mr. Trongone was a former member of the Wayne Lions Club. He was employed as a Realtor by Coldwell Banker Butler,NJ Mr. Trongone was a member and an Usher of of Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, Wayne. He is survived by a daughter: Linda Trongone of North Haledon, NJ, two brothers: Angelo of Wayne, and Anthony of Kearny. The funeral will be Tuesday, Novemebr 5, 2002 at 11:00 at Our Lady Of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpk., Wayne where a Mass will be Celebrated by Fr. Michael Lombardo. Cremation is private.
