Obituary of Sybil Margaret Vuz

Sybil Margaret (Davis) Vuz, age 74, of Wayne, daughter of the late Rev. Lee and the late Nellie (Vandermas) Davis, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at home after a courageous battle against cancer. She grew up in Passaic and lived in Wayne for 48 years. Sybil was a bus driver for the Wayne Board of Education, retiring in 2010. She was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Wayne. Sybil is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Ronald W. Vuz; her loving sons, Larry and his wife Lorri Vuz, Darren and his wife Renee Vuz, Ronald J. Vuz and Lolly Stirling; and her cherished grandchildren, Austin, Brittney, Dylan, Lauren and Ryan Vuz. She will also be missed by her dog, Coco. She was predeceased by her sister, Margie Butts. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Sybil's life will be celebrated by Rev. Michael McKay. Interment will follow in Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
