Obituary of John Anthony Frie

John Anthony (Johnny Boy) Frie, 78, of Wayne, New Jersey, passed away on June 27, 2022, in Hernando, Florida. A Graveside Service will be held on July 6th, 2022, at 10:00 am at St Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, New York. John was born in New York City, to Ernest and Josephine Frie on November 01, 1943. He worked for Metro North Railroad for more than 30 years. Upon his retirement he moved to Hernando Florida to spend his years closer to his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed collecting antique radios, and all things electronic. He was a lover of classic movies and soundtracks. John is survived by his Spouse, 4 surviving children, a sister, 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, 2 grandchildren, his older sister and niece.
