One of my dearest friends.. I only knew Kathy for about 8 months of working together and she says on day 2 she knew we were destined to have met. We were two of a kind. I felt like she was someone I had known forever. She always tried to help me when she could and watched out for me. I can still hear that laugh of hers that she had when something funny would happen. All I had to do was give her a piece of chocolate and that made her happy. I was fortunate enough to stay in contact with her till the end. I am so heartbroken that she is gone way too soon. I love you woman.... Vicki

Kathy was very involved with the Pompton Reformed Church's youth group which my daughter was in. Kathy was a wonderful influnce on this group. One of the things they did was to take the girls out shopping to a mall. The kids had a great time. I was so appreciative because I hate to shop but Kathy had patience and really enjoyed being with the girls. My daughter always had good things to say about their adventures. The other memory we will never forget is Kathy at Super Bowl Sunday. For many years she and Bob hosted our small group every year for the Super Bowl. We always had a lot of fun. When John Madden would come on the tv, Kathy called him "the neck". She would hide her face when he came on and she would be laughing. Every time I see him I think of her laughing. Bob could always make her laugh and her smile was wonderful. We are really going to miss her smiling. Rest in Peace Kathy. We are glad you aren't in pain anymore but boy we are going to miss you. We met Kathy 40 plus years ago through her sister,Patty( our sister in law.).... When my family moved to The Woolands, Kathy was the WELCOMING committee lol! One of the first things she said to us was "We gotta have a Barbacue" and she made it happen...it was wonderful! everyone attended and had a great time... The comfort I felt at knowing Kathy with her smiling face and comforting spirit was right next door, can't be replaced. Our condolences and Peace we send to you Bob and the entire family.
