Obituary of Jack Ripley Braddell
Jack Ripley Braddell 88 of Wayne NJ, formerly of Wyckoff NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 23,2022.
Jack was born on January 23, 1934 & raised in Paterson NJ where he was educated in the Paterson School System & then attended night classes at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Jack was a Korean War Veteran serving in the US Army.
Upon his return from Korea, he became skilled in the Commercial building process of lath & plaster, and later acoustical ceilings. Jack & his co-partner founded Braddell & Masiello Construction Company with offices in Paterson NJ for over 50 years until Jacks retirement.
Son of the late John & Pauline Ripley Braddell. He was predeceased by his beloved daughter Lisa Mary & one brother, Donald of Georgia. Jack is survived by his loving wife Nancy, his only son Jack (Jackie) of Temecula California, Scott Santers & wife Kathryn of Pompton Lakes NJ, Sean Santers & wife Cara of Wayne NJ & his beloved grandchildren Paige, Cameron, Brooke, Jake, & Shane Santers.
Jack enjoyed winters in California spending time with his son "Jackie" and their adventures together on many cruises. Jack will also be missed & remembered especially for his beloved devotion to his grandchildren & his passion for cigars!
There was a place of honor in Jack's heart for his devoted friends Al & Gene & all longtime friends of Bill W.
