Obituary of Florence R. Duchak

Florence (Kolesnik) Duchak, age 84, died Monday, October 1, 2012 at Care One at Wayne. Mrs. Duchak was born February 2, 1928 in New York, NY the daughter of the late David and the late Rosalia (Piechota) Kolesnik. Mrs. Duchak lived in Wayne and was a member of Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church. She was a sales associate at Alexander's Department Store in Paramus before retiring. Mrs. Duchak was the beloved wife of 60 years of Casimir; Loving mother of Michael, Thomas and his wife Susan, and Robert. Devoted grandmother of Nicholas. Visiting on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
