Obituary of Adrian John Wesdyk

Adrian John Wesdyk, 82, of Pequannock New Jersey, son of the late Jacobus and Lena Wesdyk, passed away after a brief illness on December 13, 2021, while surrounded by his wife and extended family.

Adrian – also known as "Ed" – married his High School sweetheart Anita Kraus, 62 years ago. He was the first of his family to attend and graduate from college, and after receiving a BA from Rutgers University he went on to be a CPA serving his local community. Adrian truly loved his accounting business, clients, and team as much as life itself. In his spare time Adrian loved to travel with his family and in addition to many trips to Europe he enjoyed annual summer road trips with his immediate family, visiting most every US National Park, and all 48 contiguous states as well as Hawaii and Alaska (by road) to boot. Adrian was the original "road warrior."

Pop-Pop as he is affectionately known, is survived by his wife Anita, their son Russell and wife Lorraine, daughters Heidi and Karen, grandchildren Amanda, Tracey, Kathryn, Sarah, Tucker, and Sophie, brother John and wife Elizabeth, sister Eileen Vander Have and husband Ken, and sister-in-law Jane, wife of his predeceased brother Arend.

Due to the current health environment and related concerns, a private memorial ceremony will be held at Moore's Home for Funerals. Adrian will be laid to rest by his immediate family in Laurel Grove Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 4600 Park Rd., Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28209. This is a cause near to both Adrian and Anita's heart as the disease impacted Adrian's younger brother Arend who passed before him.
