Being a friend of Billy and Ruthie was an honor! They are remarkable people and Billy will be missed dearly. Billy was one of the most gracious and generous people I have ever known, and always added some laughter and fun to any situation! He and Nick had a lot in common, and I remember how proud they both were when they finished building vanities from scratch! And how happy I was when the vanities worked! We shared many holidays, with Billy always bringing life to the party! He has enriched our lives, been an example to us, and he will always have a special place in our hearts! Godspeed my friend!

Billy had a funny habit of going out in the middle of the night to fix someone’s heat only to forget to charge them if they were low on funds…he also had lots of stories to tell from his sailing days and hob nobbing with the rich and famous he met sailing. He would often say: when your pipes were leaking or your toilet was clogged a plumber is the most important guy you know! And he was right…..

Bill was a great friend to Art and I. We enjoyed his many stories and were amazed by his wealth of knowledge about just about everything and the many adventures and accomplishments he experienced.

I started with Billy in 1975 & I learned my trade from him. He was a character, fun to work with & had a respected customer following. We did plumbing in new houses from West Milford to Livingston. He was a great teacher and business man. RIP my friend. Ken Krum

Billy has been a friend and neighbor of Ruth and I since 1977 when we moved into the lake two doors down. Billy always helped us whenever we called for a plumbing need. He was a dear friend and we always enjoyed his conversations. We will miss him. He was such a good friend. Bob & Ruth Cusick

Uncle Billy I will miss your great personality and the fact that you always ended every phone call with, "I love you more." We had so many fun times together and I am so thankful that you were a big part of my life!
