Obituary of Dorothy Coram

Dorothy (Brenner) Coram, 91, died peacefully Wednesday January 13, 2021, in her home in Wayne, NJ. Mrs. Coram was born May 12, 1929, in Newark, NJ to August and Mary (Dziadosz) Brenner. She married Donald Coram on June 5, 1976, and moved to Pines Lake shortly thereafter. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Donald, her brothers William and August and her sister Marie. Dorothy leaves behind a great many friends she made during her nursing career, the Newark neighborhood she was raised in, as well as the neighbors in Wayne and her nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be said at St Casimir RC Church, 91 Pulaski St, Newark, NJ on August 20, 2021, at 11:00am, followed by a celebration of life at Spanish Sangria, 157 Magazine St, Newark. A private graveside service will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Memorial donations may be made to The Wayne First Aid Squad, PO Box 2004, Wayne, NJ 07470 or The Wujack Harrison Pre-Med Scholarship Endowment, California State University. This endowment was established in memory of Dr. Henry J Wujack, the longtime family practitioner who Dorothy worked closely with her entire career.
