Obituary of Jan A. Henderson

Jeane A. ''Jan'' Henderson, age 64, died Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at home in Absecon, NJ. Jan was born in Paterson, NJ the daughter of the late William S. and the late Jeane (Acorn) Henderson and the sister of the late William Henderson, Jr. Jan grew up in Wayne, NJ and graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1974. Jan was a gifted photographer and worked in several photography shops in Passaic and Bergen counties. She previously owned a delicatessen in Hawthorne and worked for Butch's Bagels in Hewitt. Jan was a true dog lover and treasured her Keeshonds Zachary and Zoe. She loved the music of David Bowie and knew how to throw a great party. She valued her family and friends above all. Jan leaves behind a large extended family and many dedicated friends. Friends are invited to the graveside interment of her cremains on Wednesday, April 14, 2020 at 10:30 am at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, 295 Totowa Road, Totowa.
