Obituary of Lawrence L. Pedana

Lawrence L. Pedana, 80 of Wayne, formerly of Lincoln Park and Toms River, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 21, 2021. Lawrence was born and raised in Wilkes Barre, PA but called NJ home. Lawrence spent 32 years as a manager with United Parcel Service at both their Newark airport and Secaucus facilities. Upon retiring, Lawrence enjoyed a full life that included traveling in his motorhome, golfing, bowling , playing the accordion and enjoying time with his family and friends. Lawrence also had a loving bond with his dogs, Bailey, Jesse, Toby, & Reagan. His infectious personality and ability to always make you laugh will be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him. Larry was deeply faith filled and had a close connection with God. He was a member of Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park, NJ. He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Susan Pedana. He is also survived by his beloved children: Lorraine and her husband Brian, Lawrence and his wife Jennifer, Brian and his wife Paula, Christian, David and his wife Kelly. He is the proud grandfather of Brianna, Alexa, Nicholas, Tyler, Jackson, Jordan, Sydney, Kylie, Carter, & Emmy. He is the beloved brother of Edward and his wife Antoinette and the late Marlene Uebel and her husband Robert. He is the beloved son in law of Maryann and Lawrence Andersen and beloved brother in law of Jeana Andersen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends who became family over the years. Lawrence was predeceased by his parents, Etalo and Josephine Pedana. Visiting hours will be Monday, January 25, 2021 from 12-1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Lawrence's name be made to either Jacksonville Chapel in Lincoln Park or the ASPCA.
