I worked with Tozia during her tenure with the Wayne Board of Education. I was a fellow supervisor and recall Tozia always being available for whatever was needed. She was quite congenial, extremely helpful and dedicated to her work. Tozia enjoyed a good story and a good laugh. The only time I can recall her pleasant demeanor changing was when we had a serious situation with which to deal. I remember meeting her once at the Jersey shore when she was on the dance floor with her husband Ralph where we enjoyed chatting and dancing. I am sending my deepest condolences to Ralph, their children and grandchildren. May she RIP! Warmest Regards Diane Pandolfi

I just heard about sweet Tozia. I am so saddened by this news and had no idea she passed in November. Billy and I and my children loved her and love Ralph. She was such a caring loving dedicated mom and grandmother and a wonderful neighbor. I will miss seeing her walk the dog and our chats. She also loved attending our annual block parties and her dishes that she would bring were always delicious. My deepest condolences and may she rest in eternal peace. Heaven gained a TRUE CARING ANGEL. Love Billy, Darlene, Billy and Monica Borsella Sequoia Place Wayne.

Tozia was a treasured member of OLC’s Social Justice Ministry. She actively participated and supported our work at Eva’s Soup Kitchen, Wayne Interfaith Network, food pantry, school supply drives, and so much more. She was kind, supportive and encouraging to all she met. I’m glad we came to know her. She will be dearly missed. So very sorry for your loss.

I will always cherish Tozia ‘s dedication to the health needs of the children and staff of the Wayne Schools. We worked together when I was assistant superintendent and she was supervisor of nurses. Tozia was a caring person with a strong sense of commitment to the needs and requirements of her nursing staff. She often joined the Social Justice group from OLC at Eva’s kitchen. In fact, it was Tozia who encouraged Pat and I to join the Parish. I will miss her warm greetings at church and our occasional impromptu dinners with her and Ralph. I am certain the Lord will welcome Tozia to the final reward for her life of concern and care for others. With sympathy for her family, John & Pat McIntyre
