Obituary of Daniel Lynch

Daniel Lynch, Sr., age 81, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Chilton Medical Center in Pequannock Twsp. Mr. Lynch was born December 5, 1932 in Paterson, the son of the late Charles and the late Emma (McCarthy) Lynch. He was a resident of Wayne since 1988. Mr. Lynch served in the US Army and was a member of American Legion Anthony Wayne Post #174. He was an auto mechanic employed by Passaic County News and later by Stainless Tubular Steel in Fairfield. Mr. Lynch is survived by his beloved wife, Minnie (Willemsen) Lynch; his loving children: Daniel Lynch, Jr., Jim and his wife Dawn Lynch, and Cherylan Zarpaylic; his cherished grandchildren: Chelsea, Kellie, Robert and Tyler; and his dear brother, Charles Lynch. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 3-6 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be a private cremation. Memorial donations in Mr. Lynch's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
