Obituary of James Iandolo
James Iandolo, age 90, died Sunday, October 11, 2020. Mr. Iandolo was born in Paterson, the son of the late Ralph and the late Carmela (LaBruna) Iandolo and he lived in Wayne. He was the owner and operator of the Citgo Service Station on Straight Street in Paterson for over 50 years. Mr. Iandolo was a member of the Wayne Elks #2181 and former member of Our Lady of the Valley RC Church. James loved to dance, he was always the first on the dance floor and he got the party started. He was an avid gardener known for his tomato garden. James was always happy to spend time with his family at the Jersey shore.
Mr. Iandolo is survived by his loving daughters Cindy and her husband Dr. George Guariglia, Diane and her husband Scott Margroff, and son James; his cherished grandchildren Matthew, Joseph, David, Sharon and Jaime; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Ida (Tumini) (2008), and his brother Gene.
