Obituary of Florence Fleming

Florence (Smith) Fleming, age 86, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Mrs. Fleming was born in the Bronx, the daughter of the late George A. and the late Helen (Fury) Smith. She lived in West Milford and was formerly of Bloomingdale. She was employed by Fordham University in the Bronx, NY as a switchboard operator before retiring. Mrs. Fleming was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 2010 and her brother, George Smith in 2017. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Madonna Cemetery, 2070 Hoefley's Lane, Fort Lee which will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Please consider memorial donations to St.Judes Children's Hospital in Florence's memory in lieu of flowers.
