First... our condolences to the family of Red and for their loss.
WOW, what can you say about Red. First thing that comes to mind is... what a true gentleman. Second... what a character.
You knew Red within the first few minutes of meeting him because of his wit and sense of humor. He was a real Man's man.
He always had a story to tell whether it be a serious one from his military days or his life in general. He always spoke very highly of his children and grandchildren who he loved so much.
He made you feel so comfortable and he always made you laugh constantly. He lived a pretty good life as far as I knew it to be. We thank him for his service and dedication to this country. His service to this country was always important to him understandably and he loved to talk about it, mostly funny and entertaining stories I might add, like most veterans they didn't like to talk to much about the serious stuff as I learned from my own Dad. Red touched so many people in his lifetime and I am so proud to call him a colleague and friend for a few years. We will miss him tremendously and may he rest in peace, God Bless
