She was a creative, artistic crafter, and an accomplished seamstress. Dot was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pompton Lakes, NJ while she was raising her children. She returned to the church she attended as a child once her children were adults, joining St. Michaels Cathedral Chapel, in Woodland Park where she reconnected with many lifelong friends.
