Obituary of Roy Valentine

Roy ''Pete'' Valentine, age 55, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. Mr. Valentine was born in Paterson, the son of the late Manuel and the late Barbara (Conklin) Figueroa. He lived in Paterson all his life and was employed by Eva's Village in Paterson as the facilities manager. Roy was very proud of the road he took to achieve his 17th year of recovery. Mr. Valentine is survived by his beloved wife Norma (Cintron) Valentine his loving children Christina Valentine, Iris Cintron, Xavior Valentine and Roy Valentine; his dear siblings Linda Miranda, Marie Philpot, Barbara Figueroa and Tammy Rivera; his cherished grandchildren Kenyris, Isabel, Annelys, Elena and Anjelica; and also, many nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome to attend the visiting hours on Friday, June 21,2019 from 5-9 p.m. and the prayer service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. There will be a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations.
