Obituary of Dominic Joseph Maiello, Sr.

Dominic Joseph Maiello, Sr., age 99, died Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Cedar Crest Village, Pequannock Twsp. Mr. Maiello was born in Staten Island, NY the son of the late Anthony and late Camilla Maiello. He was graduate of Manhattan college and later earned his master's degree from NYU. He was employed by Manhattan College as an accounting teacher for over 40 years before retiring. Dominic was also an avid golfer and was a member of the "Rosebank Boys". He was also a parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church in Rosebank, NY. He is survived by his wife: Anna (Sanza) Maiello, his son: Dominic J. Maiello, MD and his wife Marie, granddaughters; Christine Maiello- Rosen and her husband Benjamin; Jennifer Malko and Samantha Maiello; great-granddaughters, Charlotte & Emma Malko and great-grandsons, Lucas And Dexter Rosen. Visiting hours will be Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am at the funeral home. The funeral Mass will be Saturday at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke, Wayne will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Interment will be in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
