I was saddened to hear of Mr. Cook's passing, he was a fine patient, and an even finer friend. My office staff learned over the many years that he visited my office that they needed to book him for an extended visit, because we would spend so much time chatting after his care was completed! The two of us were never at a shortage of words, we talked about all sorts of things, and always finished off having a good laugh. I am so happy to have had him as a friend. Please accept my wishes of strength and condolence during this time.

To the family of Mike, we in the Triumph community are so sad to see the passing of one of the best. Mike was a legend and will always be a legend to all who he touched and enjoyed being with. We know the family grieves as does many of his friends who admired his knowledge and ability to give us the benefit of it at any given time. Rest in Peace Mike Cook you are a great man. Gary Kinney
