Scott James Leeming aka "Mr. Wonderful", passed away at age 43 on Friday, July 13, 2018 surrounded by his family. Scott, born in Hollywood, FL, grew up in Pompton Plains, eventually moving to Riverdale with his wife, daughter and their dogs. He was a professional painter with Tri-Brush Works in Pompton Plains. Scott was a member of Tres Dias of Northern NJ and an avid Miami Dolphins fan. Scott's spirit shined so bright and he had a smile so special you will never forget it. To know Scott was to know his passion and love for animals was unconditional. Scott had a gift to heal those most broken, battered and abused. Scott and his family took foster dogs rescued by Redemption Rescues and B.A.R.K that needed them most and stuck by their side no matter what. His love for word rhymes and movie quotes was always a source of laughter amongst family and friends. Scott truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; singing and having fun with friends, helping others, and just hanging with his family and dogs. Scott will be greatly missed by all especially the three loves of his life: his wife, daughter and pups.
