Obituary of Eleanor C. Johnson

Eleanor C. Johnson (Wilkening) passed away on March 13, 2018 at Preakness Health Care Center in Wayne. She was 93. Eleanor spent most of her life in Clifton and worked in the school system for many years before retiring to Florida, then Delaware and later to Wayne. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Stephen, who passed away in 2009. Eleanor is survived by her two sons: Greg and his wife, Karen, of Wayne; and Stephen and his wife, Gloria, of Clifton. She also has five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private cremation. The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, March 24 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 810 Broad St., Clifton, NJ.
