Obituary of Rose Sabatelli

Rose Sabatelli, age 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2018 at Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation Center in Somers NY.

Rose was born on September 4, 1925 in College Point, NY, the daughter of the late Vincent and the late Frances (Fasanaro) Biondi. In 1962, she moved from Paterson to Wayne where she lived on Stuckler Lane for 54 years. Rose was an accounting clerk at Union Camp Corporation for over 25 years before retiring. She was passionate about bowling and baseball. Rose was a former member of Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church.

Rose is survived by her two loving daughters, Patricia Flynn and her husband Patrick, and Linda Carelli and her husband Gerard; her two devoted grandchildren, Erica Flynn and Marcello Carelli; and her brother, Dan Biondi and his wife Martha.

Rose was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Anthony in 1995, and her sister Mary in 2007.

Friends are welcome to attend the visiting on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

There will be an intimate funeral service on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by the interment at Christ the King Cemetery, 980 Huron Ave, Franklin Lakes.
