Norman was the funniest and most generous person in the family. I still recall the days that he took my sister and I ice skating, to the beach. Then , there was his alcoholic drink, 7and 7( Seven Up & Whiskey) that he would sneak to us at famiy parties, while dancing with a broom in his stupor. He also would raid his mother’s supply of cordials, after he took us ice skating. He was politically involved and got everyone in the family on board to elect Lawrence Kramer as Paterson Mayor. For years, he was a Linotype operator at the Paterson News and later wrote a horse column called Pegasus. He was not in WW II but served during tge Korean War in the 50’s. I remember his fabulous Homecoming Party hosted by his Mom, Aunt Jennie Milone. I have just learned of his passing, more than 2 years later(2/2519). Despite our differences and those of relatives, I SALUTE YOU, NORMAN MILONE!!

Sorry to hear this! Norman was my mom's cousin, and his mom was one of my favorite great aunts. A lot of funny memories over at Aunt Jenny's house and Norman ALWAYS smoking a cigar! Condolences to his wife, kids and grandkids. xo

To the family of Norman Milone with my sincere condolences on the loss of your dear loved one. Please find comfort from our Heavenly Father who comforts us during our trials and who will soon have his son Christ Jesus resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death.(John 5:28,29). When Jesus was on earth he demonstrated his ability to resurrect the dead. (John 11:11;43). He will do so again on a global scale during his Kingdom that he taught us to pray for. (Matthew 6:9).
