Obituary of Francis J. Marshall, Sr.

Francis J. Marshall, Sr., age 94, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018. Mr. Marshall was born August 22, 1923 in Corona, Queens, NY the son of the late Albert and the late Emma (Didier) Marshall. He resided in Garden City Park, Long Island and St. Albans, NY before moving to Wayne in 1975. Mr. Marshall graduated in 1953 with a BA in accounting from St. John's. He was an accountant for Nabisco Company in New York, NY and then Fair Lawn, NJ for 44 years. Mr. Marshall was a lector and a founding member of Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church in Wayne. He is survived by his loving son Frank, Jr. and his wife Kathy. He was predeceased by his wife, Lucille (Schmidt) and his brothers, Arthur and Albert. Friends are welcome to attend the visiting from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the funeral home. The funeral Mass will be Friday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Consolation R.C. Church, 1799 Hamburg Tpke, Wayne and will be celebrated by Fr. Michael D. Lombardo. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
