Obituary of Mary Mateo

Mary Mateo, age 89, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. Mrs. Mateo was born January 25, 1928 in Garfield, the daughter of the late Saturnino and the late Philomena (Cannizzaro) Mateo. She lived in Wayne and was a receptionist employed by Wine Imports in Hawthorne before retiring. Mary was a member of Calvary Gospel Church. She is survived by her beloved daughter Linda and her husband William Braddock; two devoted granddaughters Michele and her husband Neil Pollenz, Kristen and her husband Jeff Struble; and two cherished great-grandchildren, Brittany Bonelli and Zachary Bonelli. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Fair Lawn Memorial Park, 22-21 Maple Avenue, Fair Lawn and will be celebrated by Pastor Louis Curcio.
