Obituary of Aileen C. Laurie

Aileen C. (Coyle) Laurie, age 87, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at home in Hamburg. Mrs. Laurie was born October 27, 1926 in Paterson, the daughter of the late John and the late Anna (Bulloch) Coyle. She was formerly of Wayne and Naples FL. She was employed by NJ Bell, Paterson as a bookkeeper for many years before retiring. Mrs. Laurie was a founding member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church and more recently a member of the United Methodist Church in Wayne. She was a past matron of the Order Of the Eastern Star #205, Mountain View Chapter, Pompton Lakes and a member for over 65 years. Mrs. Laurie is survived by her daughter Beth Willer, two granddaughters, Ashley and her husband Dan Phillips and Megen and her husband John Adamczyk and three great-grandchildren, Hailey, William and Bentley as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph (d.2001), great-granddaughter, Abigail Faith (d.2010) and son in law, Fred Willer (d.1991). The memorial service will be Sunday at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Wayne, 99 Parish Drive, Wayne. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm before the service.
