Dear Facas family, Charlie was our auditor for our quality system for the past two years. He spoke of his wife and children and grandchildren often. He was great to work with and he did a good job, but he had a human side we don't always see in our auditors. Charlie made our world a better place and it was our privilege to have known him. I am so sad to learn of his passing; all of us at HB/SP Scienceware extend our deepest sympathy to you.

I was shocked to learn of Charlie's passing. He and I worked together with several clients and everybody loved him. I was expecting to complete audits with him this month. His passing will be big loss to his clients, me, and I know the family. He talked proudly of his family. Rest in peace Charlie. I will miss you. Ralph

My deepest sympathy for all Charlie's family. I have known Wendy for almost twenty years as we have worked together and survived together. You couldn't know Wendy and not know Charlie. They were a couple and family in every sense of the word. He invited me into their home to spend time with my friend when I blew into NJ. I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I have many fond memories of visiting 83rd street with Aunt Mary and Aunt Anna and families. Cousin Charlie used to make me laugh so hard! He made up 'boyfriend names' for me saying I was breaking their hearts. Remember, I was just a young girl and so happy that an 'older' boy cousin paid attention to me.
