Mary was a phenomenal woman who exemplified so many of the best qualities of humanity: compassion, honesty, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, generosity of spirit, service to others, faith, and positive attitude. Additionally, Mary was a role model who inspired me in my nursing studies during our friendship for many years. I'm sorry that we can't be there for Aunt Mary's funeral. She had a tremendously positive impact on my family, even though we didn't spend a great deal of time with her. She was just one of those very special people. Here is what my wife Erica shared on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10207958629417625&set=pcb.10207958649258121&type=3&theater I was reflecting today and I had a beautiful vision of Aunt Mary. I saw her embracing Jesus and the Blessed Mother in heaven. She was so full of joy. Her face was glowing. In her beautiful New Jersey accent she said, "How are ya? Good to see ya!" That is what awaits us all in heaven. May we all live as beautifully as Aunt Mary did. You are all in our prayers. Love, Gerald Chidiac and family

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Consider Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subjected to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
