Obituary of Rose Marie Lospinoso
Rose Marie (Pasqualino) Lospinoso, age 87, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Oakland Care Center, Oakland. Mrs. Lospinoso was born June 25, 1928 in New York, NY the daughter of the late Nicholas and the late Antionetta (Tatti) Pasqualino. She lived in Elmwood Park and Nutley before moving to the Pines Lake section of Wayne in 1960 and then to the Cedar Crest community in 2008.
Rose Marie was a graduate of William Paterson University holding a B.A. in Art Education and enjoyed all art winning several awards for her oil paintings.
She was a member of Pines Lake Woman's Club, the Pines Lake Garden Club, a Girl Scout Leader and served as Co-President of both the Schuyler Colfax and Wayne Hills PTO organizations with her husband Attilio. She was a member of the Preakness Reformed Church.
Survivors include her son :Thomas Lospinoso and his wife Eileen Fox, her daughter Joan Graff and her husband Norman Graff and five grandchildren: Kirk and Kali Lospinoso and Scott, Laura and Caroline Graff. Her husband, Attilio predeceased her in 1991.
The funeral will be Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 am at Preakness Reformed Church, 131 Church Lane, Wayne will be celebrated by Rev. Eric Nichols.
Interment will follow in Preakness Reformed Church Cemetery, Wayne.
